and. eh. not so much "I've rethought this" as "I was dwelling on it too much."If other people want to do the theory examine-y whodelleybleh for themselves... sure.but personally i think it's unproductive for me to be anything other than neutral on Other People's Way of Doing Things until it has material effects I can measure and combat.I really should have said just... that.
Hey, no, I thought your post was interesting. Already, this blog has shifted my perspectives a few inches, and that's what it's all about. I'm a bit ashamed of a couple of generalisations I made in the blog about transpobia, but that's okay. If you're really uncomfortable with it being up there, go ahead, but really don't be ashamed of what you write.
Then just say that... it's standard in blog format to say things and later rethink them. Hell, to some extent it's even standard in less immediate formats.
I wasn't actually referring to that post in particular so much as in general, what i've preferred.
